Paddle After Dark to Support the Open Space Council!

Join us for a special fundraising event at Simpson County Park to support the conservation efforts of the Open Space Council.

Enjoy a rare opportunity to paddle on Simpson Lake after dark! Your ticket includes:

    • 2 beers provided by 4 Hands Brewing Co (or non-alcoholic beverages)
    • 1 make-your-own S’mores packet
    • 2 soft Gus’ pretzel sticks
    • 1 bag of Billy Goat chip
    • 1 hour canoe rental (all equipment provided)
    • 1 tree to be planted by the Open Space Council

All ticket sales benefit Operation Clean Stream, our annual river cleanup and restoration event in the Meramec Watershed.

COVID-19 precautions: To ensure the space remains uncrowded, this event is spread out over two nights and four shifts. Each shift only has a maximum of 16 people (2 people per canoe), so secure your spot quickly! You may choose any shift, pending ticket availability. Members of the same household are encouraged to paddle in a canoe together. Canoes, life jackets and equipment will be sanitized between shifts of participants.
