Community Litter Pickup in Wells Goodfellow Neighborhood

Part of the Confluence Trash Bash

Confluence Trash Bash: Litter Pickup Day in Wells Goodfellow

Thanks to everyone who braved the windy, drizzly weather to join us for the Confluence Trash Bash on Saturday March 24th in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood! Here are the stats from the cleanup which started in Barrett Brothers Park and expanded down St. Louis Avenue: 13 participants, 88 tires collected, and 30 cubic yards of trash removed. Litter and tires were collected from sidewalks, open spaces near bus stops and Land Reutilization Authority lots.

Before: green space next to bus stop on Goodfellow and St. Louis Ave.

After: Volunteers picked up litter across the green space
